Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Contracted CRNA to provide anesthesia services in our Reno and Carson Endoscopy Centers.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide Propofol anesthesia services to our Endoscopy patients. This person will work on a contracted basis in conjunction with our physicians and dynamic center team of RNs and Endoscopy Techs.
Pay will be on a per diem basis and paid at a daily rate.
Requirements
Previous CRNA experience is a must and Nevada Licensing is required. All candidates will need to go through the credentialing process with all payers.

Reno and South Meadows Locations:

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

GI Consultants is a large single specialty multi-company physician practice with 22 Providers serving the Reno, Carson City and Minden/Gardnerville areas.

We are recruiting for a temporary AP/AR Specialist for our dynamic and busy practice.  This position will be provided four weeks of part time training prior to our current employee going out on FMLA.  This position will work in conjunction with other member of the Accounting/Finance team to ensure the day-to-day and monthly Accounting functions are met. Functions will be preformed for eight (8) companies with multiple cost centers within time guidelines.  These responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

•    A/P Processing/Inter-Company Invoicing and Follow Up with Vendors and Director/Supervisors
•    Patient Refund Check Processing
•    Monthly Hospital A/R Invoicing
•    Daily Entering of Business Services Deposit Logs into Accounting System
•    Organizing/Filing of A/P and A/R Invoices
•    Disburse and Reconcile Petty Cash and Costco Cash Funds
•    Monthly Insurance Benefit Review and Processing
•    Monthly Credit Card Review and Processing
•    Monthly/Quarterly Sales and Use Tax Preparation
•    Assist CFO/Controller with other functions as requested

This position is hands on and will not directly supervise other staff.

Requirements:

•    Two Year Accounting Degree and/or Equivalent of Five (5) Years Full Charge A/P and A/R Experience, Prefer Multi-Company Experience.
•    Excellent Knowledge of QuickBooks and Ten Key Required.
•    Working Knowledge of Excel Required
•    Very Detail Oriented and Well Organized
•    Ability to Work Independently, but Willing to Ask Questions When Needed
