Dr. Harrison grew up in Virginia and attended medical school there. After completing his residency training in internal medicine and fellowship training in gastroenterology, he moved to Reno and joined Gastroenterology Consultants, Ltd. Since arriving in 1992, Dr. Harrison has immensely enjoyed working and raising a family in the Reno/Sparks community.

Dr. Harrison practices all aspects of gastroenterology and hepatology and has a special interest in promoting colon cancer screening and prevention.

He and his wife Dana have two children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cycling and flyfishing.
